Privacy
All information provided by applicants is only for registration or booking with MasterChina. This information will not used with any other use or supplied to any other company without strict permission from the owner.

Application Confirmation
* All applications will be addressed within 48 hours (except Saturday and Sunday). Our staff will send a confirmation by message, telephone, email, or fax.
* The final course decision is not only made by the applicant but is also based on the actual level tested by MasterChina and on suggestions from our professionals.

Charges & Payment
* The cost of training includes tuition and training materials. If learners take their training off-campus, a transportation fee will be charged according to the distance from our facility.
* No registration fee and no insurance fee are included in the training cost.
* Any trial class less than 1 hour will be free, otherwise the normal price will be charged according to our price list. However, if the trial class is held off-campus, the transportation fee must be paid.
* The learner may only change the schedule or type of class during the course free of charge with the express agreement of MasterChina. Otherwise, a fee of up to 5% of tuition will be considered.

* All learners must pay the entire tuition fee before the first class starts.
* For individuals, payment method can be discussed if the course lasts over 100 hours.
* We only accept RMB paid in cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Credit cards must be issued by domestic banks or the Chinese branches of international banks, not overseas banks.

Attendance
* After every class, learners are required to sign class attendance forms to ensure receive completed course.
* Group classes should be taken on fixed schedule. If it is necessary to make changes, first notify the study assistant in advance and then follow arrangements made by MasterChina.
* Any absentee should inform the study assistant at least 24 hours prior to the class. In the case of urgency or an emergency, students are allowed to inform of absence 6 hours prior to the class. Without notification, the missing class is deducted as if it had been delivered.
* If any member of a big group misses a class, he/she must move to another similar class to make up the class. For small group of less than three, it is possible to reschedule the class if the classroom is available.
* Without informing the trainer or MasterChina, a class must be cancelled if learner is more than a half an hour late. Also, the tuition of this class is charged as normal.
* According to course hours listed, all courses must be finished within 6 months after the first class starts. After expiry date, the remaining hours will be invalid and will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Refunds
* MasterChina only accepts course cancellations in written form.
* If a learner withdraws registration prior to the first class, 10% of total tuition paid already will be charged to cover administration costs.
* If a learner withdraws registration within one week after the course starts, 20% of the total tuition will be charged in addition to the class hours already taken.
* If a learner withdraws registration within two weeks after the course starts, 30% of the total tuition will be charged in addition to the class hours already taken.
* If the course is terminated by a learner due to personal reasons after the course has been in session for more than three weeks, the tuition can no longer be refunded.
* After the approval of cancellation, the applicant will receive the refund within 7 working days. MasterChina refunds people who paid before.

Declaration
* MasterChina reserves the final right to explain all terms listed above.
* Any learner who withdraws his or her registration will no longer be able to access the online-course.
*MasterChina is not responsible for any accident or illness during the class due to circumstances beyond our immediate control.
* Learners will be held financially liable for any damages to campus facilities.
* All learners are provided the right to complain about the trainer, teaching, and services. MasterChina will investigate, take responsibility for, and make up any losses caused by our errors.
* Any audio or video recording during classes or on the MasterChina campus is strictly prohibited.
